[Bug]: new install will not download AI models tried discord but it will not let me post.

Bug Description

When I try to download a model I get Download failed: Failed to initiate download for model: Model "llama3.1" is not available in your AI host. Please load it manually (model pulling is only supported for Ollama backends).

new install went fine. Have a rtx 3060 12 GB card and driver loaded fine.

Steps to Reproduce

1 go to command center 2. all AI model downloads show 3. Download failed: Failed to initiate download for model: Model "llama3.1" is not available in your AI host. Please load it manually (model pulling is only supported for Ollama backends).
