Would it make sense to impliment Drain on SegQueue

Hello, I just came across a use case were I would benefit from having drain implemented on SegQueue. Not really familiar with either Drain, nor SegQueue under the hood so I'm opening this issue just to make sure it actually makes sense to have this implemented, and if yes I'm willing to implement it myself.
