Europe, "VAT Identification Number" or "Tax Identification Number"

Describe the bug When we enter the "VAT Identification Number" or "Tax Identification Number" fields, they should be displayed on the invoice printout, either below the company name or at the end.

Expected behavior VAT Identification Number, The "VAT Identification Number" field is used in Europe and should only be displayed if the billing customer is European but different from the country of the billing company. A field can be added to the customer record to indicate which field to print on the invoice.
