my Windows 3.1 Live CD is not working

so, i just made a Windows 3.1 LiveCD , it creates a 10MB Ramdisk using Shsurdrv and then uses Unzip to extract files to Ramdisk when Unzip Runs to extract files to Ramdisk, i get message "Cannot open swap file C:\cwsdpmi.swp" and then emulator freezes, ctrl-c doesn't work, it doesn't extract files and everything is just frozen
