[Bug]: Coolify spams one mail per server about outdated Traefik proxies

At midnight, I recieved multiple mails by my Coolify instance regarding outdated Traefik proxies. It sent one mail per server instead of combining them all into one mail.

The subject and text of the mails indicate it should be one unified mail because every email contains it's own section about "Affected Servers".

If I had more servers, this could cause trouble because my mail account could get flagged as spam by my mail provider if I sent too many mails per minute.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have multiple servers with outdated Traefik instances
2. Wait until Coolify checks for an outdated Traefik instance

If it's not possible to fix the issue, there should be a least a (maybe configureable) cooldown between sending mails to avoid getting flagged by the mail provider.
