[Bug]: Switching Teams causes 404 and sometimes incorrect data

Description and Error Message

When switching teams multiple issues crop up.

1. If you are on a page that is valid for a particular team only for e.g. a particular resource/project etc and switch teams a 404 is shown. This is teh reason why earlier it was redirected to Dashboard and was working well.
2. Another issue is that once you switch teams and click on some links like projects or resources, the system quietly switches back to the previous team and shows the data for that team. Typically happens after a team switch and a 404.

Expected Behavior

Navigation should always maintain the switched team context

Steps to Reproduce

1. Switch team from any page that is specific to a team
2. 404 displayed
3. Now click on Dashboard
4. Navigate to projects, resources etc and inbetween the team is switched back to the old team
