Error when using numbers in the name of the repo: FailedHookException: Hook script failed (exit status: 1)

Not sure if this is a bug or not. Narrowed it down to numbers in the name (starting character) of a new repo on creation. i.e. 2d-.... but a repo name cool-2d-tool will work.

This error also might be due to unrelated custom code in the framework I'm using. I'll update the issues if that's the case.
