Submission request: ai-plugin — cross-agent skill/plugin installer CLI (Development & Code Tools)

I'd like to request inclusion of an open-source tool that fits the Development & Code Tools section. If you agree it's a fit, I'm happy to send a PR with the exact entry format you use — just point me at the right section.

aipx — one command to install any AI agent skill/plugin into every agent at once: Claude Code, DeepSeek Harness (dsh), Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, OpenCode, OpenClaw.

Why it belongs here

Your list curates skills; aipx removes the biggest friction in using them across the ecosystem. Every skill in this very list can be installed with:

npx github:zhangliang0115/ai-plugin install <owner>/<repo>

…which writes it into all detected agents' skill roots at once, instead of manually copying into ~/.claude/skills, ~/.agents/skills, ~/.gemini/skills, etc. It also ships a --project mode (.claude/skills/, .github/skills/ committed with the repo) and a sync command that links one skill library across all agents.

The repo is new (v0.1.0 released 2026-08-29), so if your policy is to wait for community traction I fully understand — feel free to close this and I'll resubmit once it has real adoption. No hard feelings either way, and thanks for maintaining this list!
