LKAS dash faults and no bootkick: STM brown-out?

RAV4 sat idle for a few days, after starting it threw camera-related dash errors and the comma four did not bootkick. Worked fine after re-plugging the device and on subsequent drives.

Not root caused, but suspected bad comma power might have caused the STM to be in a brown-out state, and potentially driving the relay on the CAN bus, opening the bus. Device was off after sitting idle for ~15min, lending credibility to the bad comma power.

We could test if it's possible to get the STM in a bad state like this with a programmable power supply and sweeping current/voltage limits while monitoring the STM and OBD-C SBU state.
