How to continously develop with this system?

Great work, I've gotten a great result on a first run of this. As stated on #1 it's not clear when or where PLANNING.md should exist. Is it automatically generated? Another important question is how to developed cycle should continue. By modifying INITIAL.md and running /generate-prp INITIAL.md and /execute-prp PRPs/your-feature-name.md again?

A circular representation of this system and set of clear instructions on the developed cycle would be key to making this applicable and scalable.
