Available networks actions column makes row too tall

From the available wireless networks in networking page there is a connect and disconnect button, followed by more actions to the right under a kebab menu if applicable. When a kebab menu is added the whole row becomes taller than it has to be and makes the rows inconsistent in their height compared to each other given that the kebab menu isn't always there
