Cline: Unable to connect GitHub because GitHub connection option disappears and redirects to Dashboard

What happened?

The GitHub connection flow redirects to the Dashboard before the user can enable GitHub, making it impossible to connect GitHub.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Cline extension in VSC.
2. Log in to cline.
3. Navigate to the Account view.
4. Under Cline Cloud, click Connect GitHub.
5. Observe the GitHub connection/enable option.
6. Notice that the option is displayed for approximately 1 second.
7. Observe the page after the option disappears.

Observed:

The GitHub connection/enable option appears briefly and then the user is automatically redirected to the Dashboard. As a result, the user cannot complete the GitHub connection or enable GitHub for Cloud Sessions.

Expected:

Clicking Connect GitHub should keep the user on the GitHub connection flow and allow them to enable/connect their GitHub account successfully without being redirected to dashboard.
