Place containers under leaking tanks to collect spilled liquids

It's irksome to see precious gasoline or diesel from leaking fuel tanks spilling all over the floor to be absorbed into the earth, feeding some other monstrous horror beneath - moreso when it's your own vehicle that's leaking. The several minutes it takes to remove or repair a leaking container is enough to waste a considerable portion of valuable fuel.

Solution you would like.

Being able to place a container under the leaking portion of the car to collect the leaking fluids would be a nice way to mitigate the loss of fuel and reward players able to identify and address the issue on cars found in the field.

Describe alternatives you have considered.

Having a prerequisite level of containing quality or requiring a funnel could be methods for balancing the gains of such an addition.

Additional context

A check to ensure that the leak-catching container is external to the car would be important to avoid cheesing by having internal storage collecting leaking fuel.

I've sifted through several pages of issues related to leaks, leaking, collecting, and tanks, but I'm fairly sure that this suggestion is simple enough that someone else would have thought to request it already. I apologize for the inevitable link to an existing issue.
