Old version of boostlibs required

When I upgrade my system, I get an update for boostlibs, version 1.92.0-1. When this new version of boostlibs is installed, apollo refuses to start, because it cannot find the old boostlibs shared object.

apollo: error while loading shared libraries: libboost_locale.so.1.91.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

This can be fixed by downgrading my installed version of boostlibs.
