Make the control bar responsive to player size

Today the control bar icons are sometimes too small when we have big screen

Describe the solution you'd like

The control bar should adapt to the player size, similar to YouTube.

When the player is small, controls should become more compact. As the player gets larger, controls should progressively grow and use the available space more effectively.

The control bar should dynamically adapt when the player is resized.
