[BUG] Infinite download while downloading first model

Bug Description
During the first-time user onboarding flow, Handy cannot successfully download a transcription model. It downloads past 100% and continues until the app crashes due to an out-of-memory error.

App Version: 0.9.6 (Non-portable install)
Operating System: Windows 11 Enterprise
CPU: AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX PRO 370 (I also experienced this with an Intel I7)
GPU: AMD Radeon(TM) 890M Graphics
Logs
I can't access the portion of the app where it shows logs.
