[BUG] Missing accent or special characters (ê, œ) in french (at least)

Bug Description

Words with some accents or special characters are not written correctly.

For instance, "Être ou ne pas être, je l'apprends par cœur, ça tu le sais. "

gives

Être ou ne pas tre, je l'apprends par cur, ça tu le sais.

This is reproducible let's say 90% of the time. Sometimes, it is able to write properly those characters, which exclude a "simple" font issue.

Models : Whisper small or Nemotron Streaming 3.5
