We keep getting - You are still on cool-down until after: tomorrow's date..

Hi, every time we try to update the virus definitions, we get the cooldown message and will reset after 24 hours.
Is our IP address blocked? 205.189.242.100 We only had 2 servers checking once per day to download the viurs definitions. Thanks
