More Filter options as global video options in account settings

Describe the problem to be solved

I'd like to configure settings so that whenever I see videos in 'Browse Videos' category, I only see videos in specific categories, remove livestreams, etc. Currently language option exists, but I'd like to see this expanded to other option like in More Filters too.

Describe the solution you would like

Similar to language, have the other filters be account-specific global filters for Browse Videos that automatically apply.

EDIT: I realised language option already exists so i changed the issue to cover the other stuff that you can't set on your account
