[Bug] [Windows]: duplicate queue entries when the watch folder is a network folder

On Windows 11, when a network folder on another PC is set as the watch folder, files added to the folder from a third computer are added several times to the queue instead of just once.

Entries for the same file after the first fail, as expected because the file is moved to the output folder after processing.

The same issue does not occur when a file is written from another network device to a file on the local PC (over SMB).
