Issue Checklist

  • I understand that issues are for feedback and problem solving, not for complaining in the comment section, and will provide as much information as possible to help solve the problem.
  • My issue is not listed in the FAQ.
  • I've looked at pinned issues and searched for existing Open Issues, Closed Issues, and Discussions, no similar issue or discussion was found.
  • I've filled in short, clear headings so that developers can quickly identify a rough idea of what to expect when flipping through the list of issues. And not "a suggestion", "stuck", etc.
  • I've confirmed that I am using the latest version of Cherry Studio.

Platform

Windows

Version

v2.1.3

Bug Description

Cherry Studio will always show in the "Hidden Icon Menu" in Windows when you start the app. Even if you drag that to the normal taskbar tray icon area, or toggle show in tray to on in Windows settings, it just never saves the state, and keeps initiating in the "Hidden Icon Menu". No other apps have this irregular behavior.

Not a bug that comes out in the latest version nor recent, just didn't post this in a timely manner.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Start Cherry Studio (Exit it in taskbar if it was open before)
  2. Cherry Studio icon is in "Hidden Icon Menu"
Image
  1. You may try drag Cherry Studio icon to the normal taskbar tray icon area or toggle show in tray to on in Windows settings (these two operations are equivalent)
  2. Exit it in taskbar
  3. Cherry Studio icon is still in "Hidden Icon Menu"

Expected Behavior

Cherry Studio icon should preserve the state in either area. You can check any other common apps. Every single one does the normal behavior.
