Repos accidentally exposed publicly

It's not a big deal but some repos I was storing in soft-serve intended to be private were exposed publicly, because the UI doesn't really make it obvious whether a repo is private or public. I assumed that by default my repo would be private because that seems like the sanest default but this wasn't the case.

I think a good change could be to always indicate a repo's visibility in the UI. I would also change repos to be private by default to prevent accidental exposure but maybe that's against the ethos of the project.
