Add follow flag for markdown content that is being slowly created from LLM

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have local LLM creating detailed meeting notes from a transcript.

Describe the solution you'd like Instead of waiting for the LLM to finish, I'd to view real time progress.

Describe alternatives you've considered Open in an editor, hit reload, cat , glow several times over as markdown is being appended.
