Question: Width of tables?

Hi, thanks for a great MD reader :)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

• Text in tables is wrapped at <50 characters in line
• It doesn't follow .YML instruction width: 200
• It doesn't follow command line parameter instruction --width 200
• "Common" text is following mentioned two instructions
