v2: can't render Traditional Chinese and Hindi still

I can't reopen the issue https://github.com/charmbracelet/bubbletea/issues/1737 for some reason.

Clankers say those merge requests are in the current release 2.0.9 but nothing is changed. I'm sorry if this isn't correct, I'm not sure how to verify it myself. Deepseek and Grok say that the fixes are in 2.0.9.

V2 still can't render graphemes. V1 renders everything correctly.
