[Feature request] Keymap

Wonder what's your plan on adding keymap support so accelerators can be assigned to plugin actions, similar to that in atom? Currently, in my workflow I use Alfred and rely on lots of custom hotkeys but I don't like that they're all locked-in to macOS. Once we get keymap into celebro it'll be a very usable alternative to Alfred.
