Bitget fetch_balance doesn't include complete raw api response in info, causing important uta metrics missing

Description

Bitget fetch_balance calls self.parse_uta_balance and passes assets instead of complete response structure coming from Bitget api endpoint which results in unaccessable uta metrics such as margin ratio and effective equity inaccessable for ccxt user. I propse to pass response into parse_uta_balance or change the signature and pass both response and assets and assign response to info without changing func implementation as shown below:

def parse_uta_balance(self, balance: Any, response=None) -> Balances: result = {'info': response}
