Changing the business group of an alert rule does not take effect despite save success

Question and Steps to reproduce

我在尝试修改告警规则的业务组时，保存提示成功，但实际上没有修改成功，同时如果修改其他参数，其他参数能成功，但是业务组还是原来的业务组
