[Suggestion] Plain + Ordered Boosting mode

Plain and Ordered boosting each have their advantages and disadvantages. Generally, you want Plain boosting if there's no risk of target leakage and Order boosting if there is. It would be good to have a mode that trains for both and automatically decides on which to use, like an ensemble.
