Using DreamTextures to re-style existing texture

I'm curious to see if this addon can be used to re-style existing textures. I have a model already UV'ed and texture mapped, but I wanted to experiment with applying new styles to the texture (hand-painted, for example). My attempts with pure Stable Difusion were not great since it was hard to make it respect UV lines and edges.
