This emoji covers the use case where you add or update rules for an AI code agent (Cursor, Cline, Windsurf, and many others). These are often in the form or rules files (.clinerules, .cursorrules, .windsurfrules), but can also include memory bank files (explained by Cline but can be used with any other agent: https://docs.cline.bot/prompting/cline-memory-bank).

This is similar in spirit to (which is specific to .gitignore) and could also potentially be covered by ‍, or , but given the growing importance of AI development tools, I feel it justifies having a separate gitmoji.
