[CapRover PRO] IP Whitelist login alerts

Hey,

A great little enhancement i was thinking about for a while now, would be to add a kind of "IP Whitelist" that would not trigger login email alerts. I often (multiple times a day) connect to my 2 servers and end up with at least 4 emails per day alerting of those logins. But from my IP... My computer is always secured, i dont persist login in browser... I know it could be a "risk" but each user can decide whether they want to whitelist an IP or not ?

In any case, if it's an easy change, i would use it :)
