nginx stuck in reboot loop (problem occurence unclear)

I have no idea, I just realized that some services were inaccessible. Turned out this problem has been for 5 days now. And well yeah, the reboot loop is spamming docker.io. According to pi-hole its ~70 DNS requests a minute over 5 days now, you can do the math..

I am done with caprover... Gonna remove this.
