Font agnostic icons

Current icons are pretty but

• they need you to make specific glyphs available in the system
• if you use :print_tree, the tree you get can't be just pasted in a document you want to make widely available

A tree rendering mode compatible with any normal font would thus be interesting.

It could probably use at least the standard folder icon:
