any docs or configuration for stencil? omp stream?

seems like it's a new feature.

i simply wanted to try it out and found the login oauth for stencil is invite only.

using api key is another way to try out but couldn't find where to issue an api key.

anyone knows about this service? (im on version 18.2.5)
