Fork with RSS Manager, Geopolitical Map, and AI Chat

First of all, thank you for creating CRUCIX — the architecture and vision are brilliant.

I've been working on a fork and have extended the project with several features that might be of interest to you and the community. Here's what I've added:

1. Full RSS Interface

• Management panel to add/delete feeds with OPML import/export
• News feed with 11 regional filters (World, USA, Europe, Africa, Middle East, etc.)
• Auto-scrolling ticker with pause-on-hover and speed control
• Real AI scoring via Ollama (DeepSeek 1.5B/7B)

2. Geopolitical Map

• 187 countries color-coded by status (critical/high/medium/normal)
• 30+ news markers on the map
• Language switching (RU/EN)

3. AI Chat Assistant

• GUI interface with DeepSeek 1.5B and 7B support
• Knowledge base about the project

Technical setup:

• Debian | Node.js 20.x | Ollama | Tor
• All modules run locally
• Original 3D globe interface preserved
