Footnote edge cases for the model

Hi Dolphin team,

Very interesting and nice work, just want to share my experience for using the model and one of the more interesting problems I see the model can improve on:

In the case where a section breaks in the middle of the page and footnotes exist in both sections (see an example of the pdf attached), the reading number outputted by the model is wrong. In general, I think the model can improve on the capabilities for semantic grouping/understanding of the document, for footnotes in this case specifically.
