[BUG] Cannot create new service

What happened?

Hi,

I recently updated my self hosted Bunkerweb to the latest version and since then I cannot create new services. I can delete or modify existing ones, but not create new one either from scratch or by duplicating one. The interfaces to create a new one open, I fill my configuration, I save and got the confirmation that it got created but nothing in the services list. While looking at the logs I got a 302 response on the POST /services/new. Any ideas ?
