[BUG] Lets Encrypt profiles: update Limits in code/readme

What happened?

https://letsencrypt.org/docs/profiles/

profiles tlsserver and shortlived only support max 25 names.

How to reproduce?

creating more names than supported will waste ACME requests and time for debugging.

Limit the number of names and provide information when number is exeeded.
