Need USB boot

Fb2. 4 working good for several months, then while making a boot disk USB flash, something went wrong and PC went blank Tried to restart but error message stated cannot boot no os available. I have win media on USB, PC starts but won't go further. Can I have instructions to make USB flash. Boot disk for flyoobe 2.4?
