Solving JSON to MD Conversion Formatting Issues for Import into Other Knowledge Bases

请教下 导出的jason文件 可以转成 md文件么 我动手复制粘贴转换了 格式基本看不懂了 现在的模版格式 只能导入 gpt ? 有什么方法 转换成 正常的文本格式么，方便我导入其他知识库

I'd like to ask, can an exported JSON file be converted into an MD file? I tried to convert it by manually copying and pasting, but the format is hardly understandable. Currently, the template format can only be imported into GPT. Is there any way to convert it into a normal text format so that I can import it into other knowledge bases?
