Ability to switch environments on published apps

Right now, while the environment feature is great, the only way to access the data from the dev environment is to be in preview mode, which requires app builder roles. This limits the usability of the feature for cases where the app builders are not necessarily the same people that need to work on some dev data.

Another option would be to allow datasources to be switched to accomplish the same behavior. I do however foresee more challenges using this method as both datasources schemas would need to match.
