[Bug]: Disabling Let's Encrypt

BTCPay Server v2.4.3

How did you deploy BTCPay Server?

Debian, docker install via normal instructions.

What happened?

It's not working to set BTCPAY_LETSENCRYPT_HOSTS="". (Actual Bug)

I have installed a Cloudflare cert and sort of have it all working but the instructions to empty the var env seems to actually break the ssl.

Would be nice to see improved method to install and use Cloudflare's cert because they last as long as 15 years.

The issue is that if you Cloudflare proxy the cert won't update through Let'sEncrypt. If you disable CF Proxy DNS have your IP and server are vulnerable.

I'd like to see more precise instructions and methods for disabling let'sencrypt. Even better in the settings allow for CF origin where you can even add the Origin and Private Key into a settings form.

How did you encounter this bug?

Trying to remove let's encrypt and replace with cf origin certs.
