[Bug]: Failed credit-card payment with 3DS causes subsequent Bitcoin payment to be marked as failed

What happened?

For the second time in a row, I encountered the same issue when trying to pay an invoice. First at https://btcprague.com and now at https://www.gobrrr.me.

How did you encounter this bug?

Steps:

1. I create an order and select credit-card payment.
2. The card provider requires a 3D Secure (3DS) confirmation.
3. BTCPay Server appears not to render or provide the required 3DS confirmation flow, so the card payment cannot be completed.
4. I create a new order, select Bitcoin payment, and pay the invoice on-chain.
5. Although the on-chain Bitcoin payment is sent, the order is shown as failed.

The screenshot shows the affected payment method (“BTC (Mastercard ending in XXXX)”). In both cases, I had to contact the merchant directly to resolve the order status.
