Swahili Localization Proposal for BTCPay Server Documentation

Hello BTCPay Server team,

I would like to contribute to BTCPay Server by helping translate onboarding and educational documentation into Swahili for East African users and merchants.

Swahili is spoken by millions of people across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, and other regions in East Africa. As Bitcoin adoption and Lightning Network education continue growing in informal sectors and local communities, localized onboarding materials could help improve accessibility for non-English speakers.

I am currently involved in Bitcoin education and community development initiatives in Kenya and have prior experience translating Bitcoin-related educational materials into Swahili.

My proposal is to begin with small, incremental translations focused on beginner onboarding content such as:

• Introduction to BTCPay Server
• Merchant onboarding
• Wallet setup basics
• Lightning Network basics
• Point of Sale onboarding
• Invoice/payment explanations

Before starting, I would like to ask:

1. Does BTCPay currently have an official localization workflow or preferred translation platform?
2. Would maintainers prefer translations directly through pull requests or another process?
3. Are there terminology/style guidelines for translations?

I would be happy to contribute incrementally and collaborate with maintainers to ensure technical accuracy and consistency.
