Add link to close license risk

Hi,

This project depends on caniuse-lite (https://www.npmjs.com/package/caniuse-lite), which is licensed under CC BY 4.0. That license requires explicit attribution (author credit, mention of CC BY 4.0, and a link to the license). I don’t see any attribution for caniuse-lite in the project. Could you please add a brief notice (e.g. in LICENSE/NOTICE/CREDITS) mentioning caniuse-lite, its authors, and that it is used under the CC BY 4.0 license with a link to the license text? Thanks!
