bpftrace --version shows 0.26.0 even on 0.26.1 release build.

CMakeLists.txt shows `set(bpftrace_VERSION_PATCH 0)` even on v.0.26.1, seems like a good first issue :) - though I'm wondering if this would mean rereleasing the build with the proper versioning, which is why I'm opening this bug instead of just sending out a patch.
