Table of Content - dots / dashed line between text and number

Hello, I have a question if it's possible to have either dots or dashed lines between text and number in TOC?

I tried drawing an absolutely positioned canvas between text and number, and that works for static TOC where I know the exact amount of text, but I have dynamic TOC and can't know the exact amount of space text will take, so can't position these lines that way.
