Update via Stability Matrix fails and makes previous versions not work

So I recently attempted to update via Stability Matrix and the update failed. I can't get the GUI to launch now. various error messages. I attempted to uninstall and reinstall but no luck. I attempted to install an older version but for some reason that fails too. It is now three days of attempting to get some version to work so I can train a few LoRAs but I can't seem to get it to work.
