Make content and appearance settings PERMANENT

Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Settings -> Content & Media
- Disable Autoplay videos and GIFs, Enable trending topics and Enable trending videos in your Discover feed
- Go to Settings -> Appearance
- Set Dark theme to Dark and Font size to Smaller
- Close browser and reopen browser
- Go to Bluesky and sign in
